Been taking my Golf here since 2017 always honest no presure sales here if its boarderline give you the option to have done. So friendly they had a hard time during Covid but managed to come out the other side, would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend

In a word "Brilliant". I needed a first MOT for my Tesla Model 3, and this garage are HEVRA members, so should be OK with EVs. Well, they're better than OK, just brilliant. From the moment of arrival to a warm welcome, asked if first visit, given a brief rundown on whats going to happen and then settled in to the Customer Waiting Room, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I was also offered a cup of tea or coffee. So kind and unprecedented in my experience. Being a Tesla, they do have a bit of a mind of their own, I was asked if I'd assist by being in the car so it doesn't shut off. Happy enough to do that of course. And also had a great chat, when appropriate, with the technician doing the work.
All in all, what can I say, it was an extremely good experience. Courteous service throughout, the team are 100% on point. I can highly recommend from this first experience. And will be sure to make them first port of call for any of my future Car needs.

I have recently had my car MOT and air con servicing. I can not fault the exceptional customer service, knowledge and honesty.
Everyone was so kind and helpful and made the whole experience a lot less daunting I will continue to use this garage, I think I have done so for the last 3 years.
